To all I say you have your own truth, because you are only looking at it from your own perspective and what you have been through playing this wonderful and sometimes faulty game in development. Ok so, as i was reading this post and all the reactions, under the sweet enjoyment of a hot cup of coffee, in no rush at all (the way i like to play this game too) just like to read what you guys are saying to eachother, it occured to me : You are compairing apples with pears from your own perspective and interests. I'm extremely happy with the game otherwise (right-click exploit not-withstanding), but I just can't bring myself to launch the game when I'm looking at that severe of a grind before seeing some new waters. TL:DR Catching 67 fish spending 5.5 hours of my time to do so seems excessive to go from 15 -> 16. It'll take me 5.5 hours of grinding to see some new territory (NC is getting old). 67 fish * 5 minute average (that's low balling it) = 335 minutes of casting and catching the "big fish" of North Carolina. I need sixty seven 20lb fish to advance to Florida. Just how much work would a guy have to do to achieve that? If my average, 20lb Flathead yields 150xp (rounded for easy math) that takes 3-5 minutes to reel in after a 2 minute wait, how many flatheads do I need to catch, and how long will I spend doing it?Ħ7. I decided to see how far away level 16 was since I just hit 15 late last week. It set in late last night, as I was slammin my favorite catfish hole in North Carolina.
